Touseef is the Operations Manager at SF Capital, where he leads the credit and processing function, ensuring efficient deal flow from submission through to settlement. Working closely with brokers, lenders, and internal teams, he focuses on improving turnaround times, strengthening credit submissions, and delivering consistent outcomes for clients. His role is centred around building scalable processes, supporting team performance, and driving operational excellence across both residential and commercial lending.
Prior to joining SF Capital, Touseef built a strong foundation in credit decisioning at Commonwealth Bank, where he was responsible for assessing complex residential lending scenarios and supporting high-volume credit operations. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of credit policy, risk assessment, and structuring solutions for a wide range of client profiles, including self-employed borrowers and investors.
He holds tertiary qualifications in business and finance, underpinning his analytical and strategic approach to lending.
Outside of work, Touseef enjoys spending quality time with his family and recharging through motorcycle riding in the mountains – something he finds both refreshing and grounding.
