EXECUTE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS
We apply for your loan with your preferred lender. We connect with your advisers – accountants, solicitors, property agents – to make sure your loan settles smoothly.
You will receive loan Pre-Approval allowing you to make offers on properties you like. If your offer is accepted you will then “Exchange Contracts” with the help of your solicitor.
ARRANGE FORMAL APPROVAL
A valuation is ordered on your property to confirm the purchase price. We then instruct your lender to issue Formal Approval and prepare your loan documents.
SIGN LOAN DOCUMENTS
We check your Loan Documents in detail before arranging a time to review and sign them together. This is your formal acceptance of the bank’s loan offer.
Your solicitor will help resolve any final requirements for settlement and arrange your funds to complete. Once your property has settled you can collect the keys!
