Priscilla is SF Capital’s Senior Finance Broker, with a focus on helping residential and expat clients with their loan applications, while supporting SF Capital’s more senior client base. Priscilla is also responsible for Operations Management, ensuring the smooth running of the firms’ back office.
Priscilla is an award-winning broker having won the National Customer Service – Individual Award (2021) and Loan Administrator of the Year Award for NSW (2019) at the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) Excellence Awards, which are testament to the dedication and passion she brings to the profession. Priscilla puts back into the industry through her involvement in the MFAA Young Professionals Committee which supports industry growth by developing strategies to attract and retain next generation brokers.
Prior to SF Capital, Priscilla was the Head of Customer Happiness at Oneflare.com.au. In this role, Priscilla managed a team of over 8 Customer Happiness Representatives to create the best possible customer experience for Oneflare’s users and subscribers.
Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, majoring in marketing. If you don’t see Priscilla in the office, you will most likely find her on the field playing a game of Oztag or on court having a friendly game of dodgeball.
