Priscilla and Tommy were an absolute pleasure to work with, and their level of service was top-notch. They were always available to answer my questions, even when I was working in a different time zone. They were also very creative in providing financing options, and took the time to understand my complex financial circumstances (e.g. multiple income currencies and offshore investments etc). Finally, they moved the application along super fast. Together with their knowledge of the private banking divisions, we were able to get a loan approved very quickly and for a higher amount than we were expecting. My broker representatives were Luke Xie and Brij Parekh.They were very professional from the start and proactive in both preventing potential issues that may have risen and dealing with them promptly. Being first time purchasers, they really helped put our mind at ease - this may not be quantifiable but those of you that know...you know how valuable this is!We purchased an off-the-plan apartment that was part of a large development (> 500 units). COVID / flood issues resulted in our settlement being delayed by c.6 months. Through it all, SF Capital were proactive in trying to give us updates as real-time as possible while taking the time to address all of our concerns and queries. I'm one of those annoying types so I ask 99999 questions - thanks for your patience Luke!Despite the frustrations with the delay, Luke and Brij used this as an opportunity to structure a loan that better met our needs within the context of the impending interest rate rises (notwithstanding the sunk cost of the fixed rate lock-in from the original loan).
